TARGET: 45 kilos 

Breakfast:
a cup of lemon water
a glass of milk...high calcium and low fat milk!
Fruits (papaya is highly recommended)

Lunch:
A cup of green tea
green vegetables 
low carbohydrate and less meat 
Yoghurts for the dessert =*D

Dinner:
A cup of green tea
Fruits!

AMBITION:
loss 5kilos in 1 month!
